CTP Shipping Policies

For Quick-Ship:

Quick-ship Orders are sent BEST METHOD to destinations in the lower 48 U.S. States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Here's what that means:

  • Chicagoland Truck parts will choose the most efficient shipping method based on your location and the parts you ordered. SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN QUICK-SHIP PRICING (Free Shipping!)
  • We use UPS, Fedex, and Spee-Dee
  • Return shipping is not included unless pre-approved by Chicagoland Truck Parts. If your return is pre-approved for free shipping, a return label will be provided.
  • Only paid orders will be shipped unless you have an established account with Chicagoland Truck Parts, Inc.

Sales Tax:

Taxes are charged based on DELIVERY ADDRESS and are calculated at time of order placement.

  • Most U.S. States require us to collect Sales Tax
  • If you are Tax-Exempt, you must complete our Tax Exemption form available on the Forms page
  • Taxes are refunded with approved returns
  • If you'd rather not pay Sales Tax, consider moving to Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon. Alaska doesn't have any either, but we don't ship there.
